Updates and Taiwan Fact of the Day #19

Yup... finally, I am getting August updates posted! He is just adorable...AND he is wearing one of the outfits in Care Package #1 that was sent over to Taiwan! Shasha picked out 2 of those outfits all by herself and this is one of them! She is so proud that he is wearing one of "her" outfits! I know that it is a 6-9 month outfit so he is growing and getting bigger! New measurements will come later this week if the trend continues!
One thing I must say... is that the third thing that crossed my mind when I saw these new photos is that I am extremely jealous of the woman who is holding and tickling my little boy! I so want that to be me :( I know it will soon but that doesn't make my jealousy issue any better at the time! (by the way, the first thing I thought of is... He is just adorable!.... The second thing I thought of is... we sent him that outfit!)
And the fact of the day is that I want my little boy right now! OK... Ok... that is oh so true but the real Taiwan fact of the day is that Taiwan's coastal marshes and sheltered coves make the island a great resting place for migrating birds! So far, 500 species of birds have been identified in Taiwan. In fact, for this reason, birdwatching sites have been established all over Taiwan.
