Good morning! This is Momma... it's a great day at The Littl@ Gym!

This morning was Po's first time as a student at The Littl@ Gym ... He loved it! He climbed stairs, walked on the beam, hung on the bars and was amazed by bubbles! His favorite by far was walking around with a hula hoop... oh boy... he is so ready to walk all over on his own!

It's GO TIME... Po is on the move! He actually took his first hands free step tonight. He'll be unstoppable very soon!!!

Yummo... Po loved his own birthday cake! He ate it up... smeared it all over and made a great big mess. What great birthday fun! And ... we just threw him in the kitchen sink to clean him all up... he loves a bath no matter where it is!

Our little man will be one year old tomorrow ...January17, 2010! He truly is a happy little heart breaker. We are so blessed and thankful to be his parents. Po is currently weighing in at 18.2 pounds and is just fitting into his 12 month clothes. He waves bye bye, gives kisses,says uh-oh and is just starting to stand! He eats EVERYTHING in sight... even things he shouldn't! His favorite food would be anything he can feed himself.... cheese, chicken, cheerios... oh... and dog food! He sleeps completely through the night... 8pm -8 am. He is growing up so fast... don't blink... he might just turn into a real little man. We are so very excited to be celebrating his first birthday with this perfect little person. .. but a young mother's heart just may be crying for the little boy she loved so much that she chose for him a life with a mommy,Daddy and big sister here in the USA. Keep
her in your thoughts and prayers.

A future gymnast??? or two?

Shasha graduated from yet another semester of The Littl@ Gym . She loves her gymnastics class and is excited to start again in just about a week. This is not hard core and competitive at all. This program is all about learning gymnastics skills along with social skills and while having fun! Shasha has certainly come along way since she started at 10 months old. And in just two weeks our little Poboy starts his very own class. If tonight was a sign of things to come.... HE IS GOING TO LOVE IT TOO!

Nope... I'm not always happy...

Honestly... Po is usually always happy. Usually. Almost always. He has a very happy little disposition and a smile is found on his face. He is just an amazing little man. But... hey... no one can be happy ALLTHE TIME.

Little Man LOVES his bath!

Po loves his bathtime! He will just sit in his ducky tub and play and smile till he is a little Po-prune! He doesn't even mind when his face gets wet unlike his big sister who cries like a baby if a drop gets anywhere near her face! I can't wait to get him in the pool!

Happy 2010!!!

Happy New Year! Wow, where does time go??? I remember hearing my parents and grandparents say how fast the years went by when I was little but I never truly meant what they meant until NOW!!! I love the past... there are so many great memories that our family has experienced! But... the future... wow... the future is full of new adventures and dreams come true!



Every year has good and bad and 2009 sure wasn't any different for our family. The worst part of 2009 was losing Scott's father. I look at the photo of him that Scott's stepmom gave us for Christmas and still can't seem to swallow the fact that he is gone.
The best part of 2009 certaintly, without-a-doubt, is the addition of our little Po into our family! He is so very special and has brought a whole new meaning to the word family for all of us... especially Shasha!


We will be celebrating Po's 1st birthday here in just a few short weeks... January 17! I hope to catch you all up on his Po-isms by then!
Here's hoping 2010 is a great one for my family and yours! Happy New Year!
